None appears for the Petitioners when the matter is called. Heard Mr. D. Mund, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.

On perusal of the writ petition it appears that the grievance of the Petitioners is that they are not paid the differential salary for the period from 1.6.1994 to February, 2013. It is further seen from the record that the Petitioners have submitted their representations before the Authority on 20.5.2020 and 25.7.2021 respectively, which are still pending before the Authority for consideration. 3.

Mr. D. Mund, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State submits that he has no objection if a direction is given to the Authority to dispose of the said representations of the Petitioners in accordance with law.

In such view of the matter, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case disposes of the writ petition directing the Director, Higher Education, Orissa, Opposite Party

// 2 // No.2 to consider representations of the Petitioners dated 20.5.2020 and 25.7.2021 respectively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the Petitioners. Any decision taken thereon shall be communicated to the Petitioners within a period of ten days thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
