In view of the above submission, the writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to pursue their remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. 4.

The original copies of Annexure-3 be returned to the petitioners after substituting photo copies thereof. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
