1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. This is an application for modification of the order dated 01.02.2022 passed in CRLMC No.2869 of 2021.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charge-sheet has not been filed against the petitioner. He further submits that no notice has been issued to the petitioner requiring his presence in investigation.

4. The I.O. will issue notice to the petitioner as and when required for investigation of the case. Accordingly, the I.A. is allowed.

5. As submitted, the proper nomenclature of the case be corrected.
