Learned counsel for the State on instruction submitted that in the meantime, on completion of investigation, charge sheet has been submitted and it has been mentioned in the charge sheet that the petitioners, namely, Shaktipada Pradhan, Manjulata Pradhan and Jhadeswar Kar are not involved in the case and therefore, there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioners.
