This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This application has been filed by opposite parties no.3 & 4 to recall/modify the order dated 06.01.2022, by which this Court directed opposite party no.3-Chief Executive Officer, TPNODL, Corporate Office, Januganj, Balasore to give promotion to the petitioner to the rank of Asst. General Manager (Electrical) from the date of his junior and batchmate, Srikant Kumar Padhy has got such promotion. 3.

Mr. P.K. Mohanty, learned Sr. Counsel appearing for opposite parties no.3 & 4 contended that there are other impediments for which the petitioner cannot be given promotion. Therefore, issuance of direction to give promotion to the petitioner will cause prejudice to opposite parties no.3 & 4.

Considering the contentions raised by learned Sr.

Counsel appearing for opposite parties no.3 & 4, this Court is not inclined to recall the order dated 06.01.2022 save and except clarifying that if any other impediment is there, then the petitioner may not be given promotion, as has been directed by this Court in order dated 06.01.2022. 5.

I.A stands disposed of.
