// 2 // Indian Penal Code and the case arises out of a protest petition, which was registered as I.C.C. case and it further appears that summons have been issued to the petitioners.
Since summons have been issued to the petitioners, there is no apprehension of arrest, I am not inclined to entertain this anticipatory bail application, which is accordingly disposed of.
