The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the letter dated 28.08.2021 in Annexure-7 and to direct the opposite party to change the name of the father of the petitioner as "Avinash Kandy" in place of "Prabhat Kumar Routray", pursuant to the decree passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Bhubaneswar in C.S. No. 1198 of 2020. 4.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party vide Annexure-6 and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time.

Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, this Court directs the opposite party to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-6 taking into consideration the declaration made by the competent Civil Court as mentioned above within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 6.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
