1. The matter is taken up through video conferencing mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner files this CRLMC under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. with a prayer to direct the learned J.M.F.C., Chandikhole to dispose of 1.C.C. No.119 of 2019, within a stipulated period. He further submits that the case is pertaining to Section 138 of the N.I. Act and pending since 2019.
4. In view of such submission, the learned J.M.F.C., Chandikhole is directed to complete the trial of 1.C.C. No.119 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period
// 2 // of six months. The petitioner and the opposite party are directed to cooperate in the completion of the trial.
5. The CRLMC is disposed of.
6. As the restrictions due to resurgence of Covid-19 are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the Advocate concerned with his/her seal, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Office Order dated 7th January, 2022.
