The Petitioners have made the following prayer in this writ petition :

"

P R A Y E R Under the circumstance, the Petitioners most humbly pray that this Hon'ble Court be graciously pleased to issue appropriate writ / writs to the Opposite Parties directing them to allot Ac.0.10 dec. of land in favour of each of the Petitioners against the acquisition of their land for their settlement as is already allotted to the other similarly placed oustees through the very same acquisition;

And be pleased to pass any other order / orders as deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of the case;"

Considering the submissions made by the parties and without expressing any opinion on the claim of the Petitioners, this

// 2 // Court directs the Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation at the instance of the Petitioners at page 9 & 10 of the brief and take a lawful decision in the matter taking into account the grounds stated in this writ petition so also the documents appended thereto. 3.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioners.
