Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties 4 and 5 to allow the Grade Pay of Rs.4600/- as 2nd financial up-gradation under RACPS as per ORSP Rules, 2008 w.e.f. 14.11.2016, i.e. on completion of 20 years of service to the petitioner and to re-fix the pay as per ORSP Rules, 2017 w.e.f. 15.11.2016 on consideration of the representations under Annexure-6 series and Annexure-12 series. 4.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.4 vide Annexure-12 series and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for the State has raised no objection.

As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, however, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of directing the opposite party no.4 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-12 series and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
