This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking to quash the advertisement No.IIE-146/2022-6785 dated 23.11.2022 so far as the recruitment of only Urdu Teachers are concerned vide 2(a) Sl.No.7 keeping all 24 posts of Urdu Teachers reserved for SC/ST categories and to take early decision on the genuine grievance of the petitioners by lifting reservation category of cast system in the advertisement. 4.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners states that highlighting the grievance, the petitioners have made representation to the opposite party no.1 vide Annexure-3 and direction may be given to consider and dispose of the same, taking into consideration Annexure-4 within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection. 5.
As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party no.1 to take a decision on the representation filed by the petitioners vide Annexure-3, taking into consideration Annexures-4 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the petitioner.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
