Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order of transfer dated29.03.2022 under Annexure-2 and to direct the opposite parties to bring back him to his parent school and not to assign the duties of Night Watchman-cum-Sweeper as he was appointed against the post of Peon and his appointment was approved by virtue of the order dated 18.08.2009 of the Inspector of Schools, Jagatsinghpur.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.3 vide Annexure-4 and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for the State has raised no objection.

As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, however, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of directing the opposite party no.3 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-4 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
