Heard Mr. Rout, learned counsel for the Petitioner extensively. 2.

This case has a checkered character having decided for the existence of cremation ground. Initially there has been litigation. For finding the village committee suggestion for having a cremation ground over Plot No. 870, considering the grievance of some individuals, this Court in disposal of W.P.(C) No. 14296 of 2022 directed for shifting of the graveyard to 500 meters away from Plot No. 870. It appears, the Tahasildar, Baranga in the process has taken a decision for having the graveyard over plot No. 871. This is a second round of litigation. This Court observes whatever plot remains to be decided to have the cremation ground, there is objection from some persons or the other. There cannot be any society without a cremation ground. Looking to the nature of dispute this Court finds no decision

// 2 // in such matters can satisfy everybody. For disposal of W.P(C) No. 14296 of 2022 this Court is not inclined to entertain any further Writ Petition.
