Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition alleging noncompliance of the order dated 02.01.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.27601 of 2019.

On perusal of the aforesaid order, it appears that the petitioner has filed this contempt petition after expiry of near about two years period. Thereby the contempt petition is barred by limitation.

In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain this contempt petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue the remedy before the appropriate forum. 6.
