In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the State that no criminal case has yet been registered against the Petitioner basing upon the complaint of his wife or any other relation; learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of this application seeking leave for the Petitioner to renew the prayer for grant of bail in the event cause of action so arises in future.

Granting the liberty as aforesaid, the ABLAPL stands disposed of as withdrawn.
