As it appears, the petitioner was allowed to take admission in the unreserved category under Mop-up Counseling for PG Medical, 2022-23 having secured 171 marks. But subsequently, on verification, it was found that the cut-off mark for unreserved category has been fixed by the PG Council as 201 marks and, therefore, the admission of the petitioner has been cancelled.

In the above view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the order impugned issued by the authority. Accordingly, the writ petition merits no consideration and the same is hereby dismissed.
