This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Informant as also learned counsel for the State. 3.

Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioner and in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case in connection with Balikuda P.S.Case No.530 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1855 of 2022 pending on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Jagatsinghpur within three weeks hence and move for his release on bail, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court with further conditions that he will not indulge himself in any criminal activity and will appear before the I.I.C., Balikuda P.S. on every Monday in between 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for a period of three months.

Violation of condition(s) shall entail cancellation of bail.
