The Writ Petition involves inaction of the Collector, Kendrapara in not initiating Section 26 of O.G.P. Act proceeding in spite of complaint being raised by registered post since 10.11.2022. For the provision under Section 26 of the O.G.P. Act enabling the Collector, Kendrapara to undertake such exercise, in disposal of this Writ Petition this Court directs the Collector, Kendrapara to register such complaint and undertake such exercise under the provision of Section 26 of the O.G.P. Act but in the involvement of the Petitioner and the party likely to be affected.
