Even though the Writ Petition aimed at working out the direction in Anexure-4, this Court finds, on the selfsame issue there has been initiation of a proceeding under Section 144 of Cr.P.C. Looking to the development through Annexure-3, this Court finds, the proceeding so initiated is still pending. In the circumstance, this Court while finding difficulty in issuing direction for working out the direction in Annexure-3, however observes, in the event the proceeding in Annexure-3, vide C.M.C. Case No.170/2022 is still pending, same may be given an outcome by concluding the same at

// 2 // least within a period of two months but however involving the Parties likely to be affected.
