Claiming enhanced minimum wages as per the relevant Government Notification, the Petitioner has filed representation vide Annexure-3 before the Executive Engineer, Rural Works Division-I, Bhadrak (Opposite Party No.5), which is still pending.

Regard being had to the facts and submission and the nature of relief sought for, this writ petition is disposed of directing the Opposite Party No.5 to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner vide Annexure-3, in accordance with law and the relevant notification of the State Government, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order or true soft copy available in the Orissa High Court's website, by passing a reasoned order.

The Petitioner is directed to supply a copy of the writ petition containing all the Annexures to Opp. Party No.5 for convenience and reference to Annexure-3.

It is made clear that, irrespective of the salutation in the representation, the representation shall be deemed to have been made to Opposite Party No.5.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020, modified by Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021, and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515, dated 7th January, 2022. ........................
