Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Petitioner alleging oral eviction direction of the Competent Authority attempts to establish his right over the disputed property, vide Annexure-1. At the same time, the Petitioner also brings to the notice of the Court through Annexure-2 that there is pendency of a Section 15(b) of the OSS Act Proceeding. 3.

Considering the development through Annexure-1 & 2, this Court feels it appropriate to provide an opportunity to the Petitioner to have his objection before the Tahasildar, Balliguda, O.P.3. Let the Petitioner file his objection before O.P.3 in an attempt to establish his right and in that event, O.P.3 is directed not to undertake eviction exercise before taking a decision on the objection of the Petitioner
