This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the petitioner at the time of call, so also no one had appeared on 29.08.2022 and 24.09.2022. Further, on the last date, the bail application was again taken up as the last item but no one had appeared at the time of call and this matter was adjourned to 26.09.2022 for last chance. The matter was however, listed today. Mr. U.R. Jena, learned counsel for NCB is present and opposes the bail application of the petitioner.

In view of the above, especially when no one appeared today and on previous occasions, it would not be proper to adjourn the bail again and again. Accordingly, the BLAPL is dismissed for nonprosecution. ( G. Satapathy) Judge Subhasmita
