Heard Mr. R.K. Sahu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. H.M. Dhal, learned Additional Government Advocate. 2.

Since, the alleged vehicle has already been seized in connection with Balasore Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 60 dated 28.04.2021 registered for commission of offences under Sections420/406/34 of I.P.C.. Mr. Sahu, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the petition as he wants to approach the appropriate forum for release of the said truck.

Considering the submissions made, this CRLMP is disposed of as withdrawn.
