Representation of the petitioner at page-9 having been forwarded by the District Education Officer, Sambalpur to the Controller of H.S.C. Examination, Board of Secondary Education, Odisha, Cuttack, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Controller, Board of Secondary Education-opposite party no.2 to take decision, as appropriate, on the representation of the petitioner by completing the entire exercise within a period of one month from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the petitioner.
