This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement Order No.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submission and on going through the materials as placed as well as nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances and in the absence of any such other impediment; it is directed that in the event of arrest of the Petitioner in connection with Panikoili P.S. Case No.304 of 2022 pending in the court of the learned S.D.J.M., Jajpur, he shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer on such terms and conditions as the Arresting Officer may deem just and proper with further conditions that he will not indulge himself in commission of similar activity and will

// 2 // cooperate with the investigation as and when required. The Petitioner is hereby directed to appear before the Investigating Officer on 9th January, 2023 in between 10.00 am to 2.00 pm and on such other date/s as would be asked for in order to cooperate with the investigation. However, it is made clear that in case the Petitioner is found to be having any involvement in commission of similar offence and a case is running against him for such incident, this order will not be effective. Violation of any of the above condition(s) shall entail cancellation of bail.
