Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and on going through the materials as placed including the statement of the victim as regards the accusation against this Petitioner; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case in Singla P.S. Case No.172 of 2018 corresponding to Special Case No.312 of 2022 pending on the file of the learned Special Judge (POCSO), Balasore within three weeks hence and moves for her release on bail, she shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court. 4.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
