1. The Petitioner's representation (Annexure-2) shall be examined by the Collector, Dhenkanal, and after issuing notice to the Petitioner and Opposite Party No.4 and giving them an opportunity of hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 6th March, 2023. It shall be communicated to the parties not later than 13th March, 2023. It is clarified that the Court has not expressed any view in the matter.
