The CMP involves the following prayer :- Order No.

"It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble court may graciously be pleased to issue Rule NISI calling upon the Opp.Parties to so cause as to why F.A.O. No.25/2018 pending in the file of the learned 1st A.D.J., Rourkela shall not be disposed of within the stipulated time preferably within a period of 15 days and in the event the Opp.Parties filed to show cause or show false or insufficient cause make the rule NISI with cost;..." 2.

Considering the request involved for timely disposal of F.A.O. No.25/2018 pending before the A.D.J., Rourkela, this Court recording the submission of the Petitioner that there is already appearance involving the Appeal, directs the A.D.J., Rourkela to dispose of F.A.O. No.25/2018 at least within two months from the date of receipt of this order. This Court also records the undertaking

// 2 // of both the Counsel that there shall be no liberal adjournment in the Appeal. The Vakalatnama filed Mr. Dwivedy be kept on record. 3.

The CMP stands disposed of accordingly.
