Mr. Rath, learned counsel for the Petitioners while claiming for a direction for considering the issue pending being recommended by the competent authority, makes a statement that as of now there is no final publication of the electoral role. However, on perusal of the document at page 20 of the writ petition, this Court finds, there is a clear indication through Sl. no.7 therein regarding publication of the final electoral roll under Rule 8 (1) on 10.12.2021. As per the submission of Mr. Routray, learned Senior Advocate, this notification has no application to the case at hand. 2.

By filing an affidavit in Court today Mr. Routray, learned Senior Advocate appearing on behalf of the State Election Commission submits that so far as the publication of final voter list relating to Khuda district is concerned, there is already publication of the final voter list since 4.12.2021.

Considering the submissions made by both the parties, keeping in view the statement made through the affidavit of the State Election Commission and further considering that there is already publication of final voter list, this Court finds, there is no scope for interfering in the final voter list at this point of time. In the process, this Court dismisses the writ petition.
