Heard learned counsel for both the parties.

The grievance of the Petitioner in the present writ petition is that there are certain anomalies in the statement of marks and pray for a direction to the Opposite Parties to declare her pass in view of the statement made under Annexure-2 issued by the Opposite Party No.1. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that she has submitted a representation before the Opposite Party No.1 on 30.10.2021 (Anneuxre-5), which is stated to have been pending consideration.

Considering the submissions made, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case disposed of the writ petition directing the Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha, Opposite Party No.1 to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner dated 30.10.2021 (Annexure-5), if the same is still pending, within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the Petitioner. In such event,
// 2 // Opposite Party No.1 shall pass a reasoned and speaking order. The decision so taken on the representation of the Petitioner shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of one week. 4.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
