Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.

Petitioner undisputedly has no complain for demarcation as of now. Mere filing of representation cannot seek the exercise of demarcation. There is a proper format and proper procedure has to be required to be followed in making such a complain. Considering petitioner has no pending application for demarcation as of now, this Court finds the writ petition is not entertainable. In the circumstance, this Court while disposing the writ petition as not entertainable for the time being, permits the petitioner, if so advised, may move proper application for demarcation at least within a period of ten days hence, in such event decision, as appropriate, shall be taken on such application by the competent authority however involving the parties likely to be affected 6.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout copy of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's
