The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite party to dispose of Touzi Misc. Appeal No. 01/2021 under Annexure-1 within a stipulated period.

This being the limited prayer of the petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed of directing the opposite party to dispose of Touzi Misc. Appeal No. 01/2021 under Annexure-1 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of communication of the order.
