The petitioner files this writ petition seeking for direction to opposite parties to give him antedate promotion to the post of Jr. S.E.S. and to extend all service benefits.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that identical matter has already been decided by this Court on 07.01.2022 in W.P.(C) No. 34257 of 2021 and this writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the observation/direction given in the said order, to which learned counsel for the State has no objection.

In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the observation/direction given in the order dated 07.01.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No. 34257 of 2021.
