This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

The Petitioner has filed the present writ application with the following prayer:

" Therefore the Petitioner humbly prays that this Hon'ble Court will graciously be pleased to issue any writ/writs directing the Opp.Party No.2 to consider the grievance of the Petitioner in annexure-9 taking into account the Annexures-1 to 7 and the Petitioner may be reinstate in service with all service benefits and the impugned order of removal from service under Annexure-8 be quashed. And pass any other order/orders, direction/directions as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper"

In course of hearing of the writ application, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner ventilating her grievance has submitted representation/appeal before the Branch Head, Manappuram Finance Ltd., Opposite Party No.4 Annexure-9. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the said

// 2 // representation is pending as of now. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that a direction be issued to the Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation/Appeal of the Petitioner under Annexure-9 within a stipulated period of time. 5.

Considering the limited nature of grievance of the Petitioner, the writ application is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Opposite Party no.2 to consider the representation/appeal of the Petitioner under Annexure-9 in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. The Opposite Party No.2 shall do well to dispose of the representation/appeal of the Petitioner under Annexure-9 by passing a speaking and reasoned order. 7.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ application stands disposed of.
