This is an application for modification of the order dated 11th January, 2022 by which the writ petition was disposed of.

Mr. Chaudhury, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that at paragraphs-2, 3, 5 and 6 of the said order, instead of mentioning "Sub-Collector, Ganjam at Berhampur", it has been inadvertently mentioned as "SubCollector, Chatrapur" for which the Petitioner could not comply with the said order.

I find the submission of learned counsel for the Petitioner to be correct. The order dated 11th January, 2022 be corrected accordingly to the aforesaid extent. 5.

Certified copy, if obtained, may be submitted for necessary correction by the Copying Department.
