None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. 3.
It is borne out from the record that the petitioner has failed to surrender before the learned trial Court after expiry of the period of interim bail granted by this Court vide order dated 11.05.2022 in I.A. No.749 of 2022 by which the interim bail as granted to the petitioner vide order dated 28.03.2022 in I.A. No.474 of 2022 was extended for another month. But as per the report submitted by the learned trial Court NBW(A) has already been issued against the petitioner. 4.
In view of the above facts, the bail application is disposed of as dismissed and learned trial Court is requested to proceed against the petitioner and the surety in accordance with law. ( G. Satapathy) Judge Subhasmita
