Since on instruction Mr.Nanda, learned Addl. Government Advocate submits that in the meantime upon completion of investigation in connection in Jagatpur P.S. Case No. 352 of 2020 Final Form No. 237 dated 19.6.2022 has been filed under Sections 419, 420, 406 I.P.C. read with Section 138 of N.I. Act, Mr.Parek, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to proceed further in the matter.

Considering such submissions, the CRLMP is disposed of as not pressed.
