This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

In course of hearing learned counsel for the petitioner submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to renew the prayer for bail of the petitioner after commencement of the trial. 3.

Considering such submissions, the BLAPL is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty. However, the learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial in C.T. Case No. 27 of 2021 and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible.
