Learned counsel for the Petitioners files a memo in Cort today annexing the photocopy of the application, which has been filed by the Informant in the court below. The same is taken on record.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the Informant as also learned counsel for the State. 4.

Considering the submissions and on going through the materials as placed as also given careful reading to the compromise petition; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioner and in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that in the event the Petitioners surrender before the Court in seisin of the case in connection with Kaniha P.S.Case No.290 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.2564 of 2022 pending on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Talcher within three weeks hence and move for their release on bail, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court.
