IN THE HIGH COURT OF ORISSA AT CUTTACK
BLAPL No.11475 of 2021 Sunil Ray ....
Petitioner Mr. A.R.Panda, Advocate -versusUnion of India ....
Opp. Party Mr. G.Mohanty, Counsel for N.C.B..
CORAM:
JUSTICE G. SATAPATHY Order No.
ORDER
28.09.2022 04.
1.
This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).
2.
None appears for the petitioner at the time of call but learned counsel for the N.C.B. is present and opposes the bail application of the petitioner.
3.
The bail application of the petitioner was last listed yesterday but the same could not be taken up for non-appearance on behalf of the petitioner and accordingly, the bail application was listed to today as a last chance. Further, the bail application is pending since 24.12.2021 and in the meanwhile nine month has elapsed. 4.
It, therefore, presupposes that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.
5.
In view of such, the BLAPL is dismissed for non-prosecution. Subhasmita (G. Satapathy) Judge
