Against the rejection of the claim of the petitioner for regularization and sanction of pension under regular establishment, by order under Annexure-8, which has been passed in compliance to the order dated 11.12.2019 in W.P.(C) No.24427 of 2019, the petitioner has approached this Court in the present writ application. 4.

Issue notice.

Six extra copies of the writ petition be served on learned counsel for the State appearing for opposite parties 1 to 6 within three days, for enabling him to obtain instruction and file counter affidavit. 6.

An extra copy of the writ petition be also served on Mr. S.K. Patra, learned counsel who usually appears on behalf of AG (A&E), Odisha, opposite party no.7 within three days, for enabling him to obtain instruction and file counter affidavit. 7.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed, vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020, as

modified by Court's Notice No. 4798 dated 15th April, 2021, and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
