Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court directs, in the event the R.P. No.3940 of 2001 is already admitted and if the Petitioner submits an application before the competent authority for expeditious disposal of the R.P. No.3940 of 2001, the competent authority shall do well in disposing the R.P. No.3940 of 2001 involving the parties likely to be affected, within a period of four months from the date of filing of the application. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. 4.
