Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court directs, in the event the R.P. No.714 of 2019 is already admitted and if the Petitioner submits an application before the competent authority for expeditious disposal of the R.P. No.714 of 2019, the competent authority shall do well in disposing the R.P. No.714 of 2019 within a period of six months from the date of filing of the application.
