This petition has been filed by the Petitioner-wife to transfer C.P No.311 of 2021 instituted at the instance of the Opposite Party-husband from the court of learned Judge, Family Court, Puri to the court of learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Baliguda.

Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Considering the facts and the submissions made and on consent of both the parties, this Court is inclined to transfer the aforesaid case from the court of Judge, Family Court, Puri to the court of learned Judge, Family Court, Phulbani and accordingly directs that C.P No.311 of 2021 pending on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Puri be transferred to the court of Judge, Family Court, Phulbani. Both the Courts shall

// 2 // do the needful on production of the certified copy of this order. The transferee court shall do the needful for early disposal of the case on receipt of the record.

With the aforesaid order, this TRP(C) stands disposed of.
