Considering the submissions made by the parties, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs, if the Petitioners file an application for expeditious disposal of the Revision Petition No.85 of 2017 along with an authenticated copy of this order before the competent authority within a period of one week hence, attempt as appropriate shall be made for disposal of the Revision Petition No.85 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of nine months thereafter.
