This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. Order No.

It is surprised to note that in spite of a direction of this Court dated 20.10.2016 in W.P.(C) No.16564 of 2016 thereby targeting the proceeding vide R.M.C. No.67 of 2015, the said proceeding appears to be still pending. This Court, therefore, while expressing its displeasure on the attitude of the Tahasildar, Bisam Cuttack in not disposing the R.M.C. No.67 of 2015 within the time stipulated in the order dated 20.10.2016, as a matter of last chance provides one & half months' time to the Tahasildar, Bisam Cuttack from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner to conclude such proceeding.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. 4.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy,
