This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. Order No.

This writ petition involves the following prayer: "
P R A Y E R In the light of the above facts and circumstances, Your Lordship may graciously be pleased to allow this petition, directing the opp. parties to register the St. Xaviers High School Parents Committee at Umapada, Vyasanagar, Dist.-Jajpur within a stipulated time period preferably within a period of three months, in the interest of justice." 3.
Considering the submissions made by the parties and as a representation at the instance of the Petitioner on the selfsame issue is still pending, this Court without expressing any opinion on the claim of the Petitioner, directs the Opposite Party No.3 to look into the grievance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-5 and take a lawful decision
// 2 // in the matter taking into account the grounds stated in this writ petition so also the documents appended thereto.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner. 5.
Let an extra copy of the brief be also served on the learned State Counsel for communication purpose.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. 7.
As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office order circulated vide memo Nos.514 & 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
