The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the State Transport Appellate Tribunal, Odisha, Cuttack for early disposal of M.V. Appeal No.18 of 2019.

Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the appeal is ready for hearing and there is no legal impediment for early disposal of the same. Due to the pendency of the appeal, the Petitioner is seriously prejudiced. Hence, he prays for the aforesaid relief.

On a query made by the Court, Mr. Mishra, learned counsel submits that the Petitioner has not approached learned Appellate Tribunal for early disposal of the appeal. 5.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that the Petitioner, if so advised, may
