It is alleged that even after deposit of the cost assessed for the purpose of grant of license to operate the Saw mill in question, there is no finality to the request of the Petitioner. 3.

Keeping in view the innocuous prayer made by the Petitioner, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.3 to consider the application of the Petitioner, if any and make all endevour to dispose of the same within a period of two months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this by the Petitioner. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. 5.
