This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.

This interlocutory application has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to waive the condition No.III mentioned in Paragraph No.5 of the order dated 23.12.2022 passed by this Court in the aforesaid bail application. 4.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that in the meantime charge sheet has already been filed. He further contended that after his release on bail, the Petitioner was appearing before the jurisdictional police station as has been directed by this Court in the aforesaid order dated 23.12.2022.

Considering such facts, this Court is inclined to waive the condition No.III mentioned in Paragraph No.5 of the order dated 23.12.2022. Accordingly, the condition No.III mentioned in Paragraph No.5 of the order dated 23.12.2022 with regard to appearance before the jurisdictional police station is hereby waived.

The I.A. is, accordingly, disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
